Cumberland’s Relationship Managers, who maintain ongoing direct lines of communication with counterparties, are primarily responsible for receiving and addressing Counterparty complaints. Cumberland will endeavor to respond to and resolve complaints promptly, and to keep complainants apprised of the status of their complaints.

Certain complaints may be escalated to senior management and/or compliance.
